U.S. President Barack Obama has won the Nobel Peace Price “for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples”. Apparently, the prize Committee highlighted his efforts to promote nuclear non-proliferation particularly in Iran. Now as a resident of the UK, I’ve got no inbred hatred of Obama like the American right alludes to having, but this is a joke. When Obama came to power it was on a wave of optimism similar to Tory Tony Blair in the UK. However, just like with Tony, after 10 months of Obama’s leadership the mantra of ‘Hope’ and ‘Change’ is starting to look completely ridiculous and people are waking up to the fact they were conned into bolstering the false political left-right paradigm.
Naturally western countries and others desperate for aid and/or World Bank loans have lined up to see which can ingratiate themselves to the U.S. President the most. However, how can a man who was going to close down GITMO but didn’t, was going to pull troops out of Afghanistan but is now sending more, win a Peace prize? As for the nuclear non-proliferation in Iran, it may not happen under his Presidency, but as soon as the American people vote in the New World Order puppet from the right, it is quite obvious that American will invade or even possibly Nuke Iran. Perhaps the only piece of diplomacy Obama has done for World Peace is to reign in Israel’s lust to wipe Iran of the face of the earth. Let us hope that more people wake up from the left-right paradigm ‘Jedi Mind Trick’ and stop the rush for another war in the Middle East.

1. President Obama never promised to get out of Afghanistan. He promised to get out of Iraq. He has always said that the real was is in Afghanistan.
2. President Obama never promised that the complete closure of Guantanamo would happen immediately. He promised that he would close the prison, and in fact they are in the process of doing so. They do have the problem of determining where the inmates would go. That’s what they are working on now. He isn’t about to let Khalid Sheik Mohammed go free.

I don’t wan’t to sound like an Obama appologist as he’s not perfect but I think he is the best the US has at present I also think he does deserve the peace prize for having the guts from day one to say enough of this spirral of stupidity, for a start he has stopped Bushes Rah Rah Republicans policey of big bad Russia baiting which involved siting missiles on Russias boarders, and using proxy stooge regime countries like Georgia to try to antognise Russia at every opportunity. The west is loosing a costly war against its former stooges Al Qiada and the Taliban can it realy afford the cost of kicking off another pointless cold war with a resurgent Russia? I respect the fact that Obama is also battling to get Americas head out of its own arse put their by the Bush Regime and wish that Blair could have had the vision and balls to show a break from the Thaturite Shite that he and Bozo Brown after him just enforced that has ultimatly led to their own demise and the demise of this country. British Politicians need to wake up to the fact that elections are not won by you they are lost by the opposition as nobody knows or cares who you are as long as you arn’t the last lot again… which sadly they always soon turn into.

It is hilarious, nay funny. How some people would cling to falsehood despite the indisputable facts regarding the world they live in. Israel doesn’t lust to destroy Iran from the face of the earth. It is the OTHER WAY AROUND.
Find me a video of Israel’s government openly declaring the destruction of Iran then Maybe. MAYBE you will have a valid point. But Iran has shown in more than one way how it wants to deal with a western power like Israel. Terrorism and more Terrorism. It is not Israel that needs to be disarmed it is the rabid mentality of Liberals and the Ayatollahs.
Obama is not he best president in the United States. So far he has done nothing tangible except the will of burdening tax payers with his socialist wet dream and his OWN VERY WAR in Afghanistan. What alternatives do you people have in mind? Hug Al Qaeda and hope for the best? Good luck with that while they saw off your head for not following there fictitious prophet.
But all that aside the original poster has a point. Why did Obama win a Peace Prize when he’s ready to rig up a war on foreign soil? The Noble Peace prize has given accolades to Tyrants and Terrorists before they are just following the liberal trend of applauding the enemy. Let us not forget Yasser Arafat the homosexually repressed terrorist that died of AIDS. He won a nobel peace prize only to later kill innocent women in children. Yet in a turnabout way you are calling Israel war mongers by putting Iran above them? You people are disgusting. Hug a bomb and die already.
